Talk track
Last quarter you asked us to cut onboarding time. It’s down 31%. I want to spend today on what that frees up for your team — and the one thing I need from you to keep it moving.

Common questions

Yes — the whole playbook, the account records and the deck export. There is no paid tier, no seat count and no trial clock. It was built as an internal reference for our own CS team, and there is no reason to charge anyone for it.
There is no separate sign-up: the first Google sign-in creates your account. Nothing to fill in, no password to choose, no confirmation email. It exists so your work persists — account records, prep progress and any text you rewrite stay with you from one QBR to the next.
On this device, in this browser. Account records are never sent to our servers, so nobody else can reach them — us included. The trade-off is that signing out erases them: use Settings → Account records first if you want to keep them.
The export is a plain .pptx: editable text, real speaker notes, no locked layout. Drop it on your own template and the slides take your styling.
