Talk track
Last quarter you asked us to cut onboarding time. It’s down 31%. I’d like to spend this meeting on the time that frees up for your team, and on the conditions we need to agree on together to keep that success going.

Yes, every tool is free once you sign in to the app.
You need an account to use the app. It keeps your settings, any text you rewrite, and your customer records (see below).
With your account, in a database hosted in the European Union. Accounts, contacts, quarterly reviews and timeline notes are stored in tables only you can read: no other user reaches them, and the app’s admin screens never show them. They follow you from one device to another and survive signing out. Settings → Backup still saves them as a file.
Yes: in Settings you set your brand colour, your font and your logo, and every .pptx you export carries them. The file stays a plain .pptx: editable text, real speaker notes. What it does not do is pick up a PowerPoint template: each slide carries its own formatting, which is what keeps it identical in PowerPoint and in Google Slides.
